Since our inception in 2007, Sea Horse Marine Services has been at the forefront of India's underwater and offshore diving industry. What began as a vision by Mr. Chetan S. Sakpal, a highly skilled clearance diver with global certifications and over a decade of experience, has grown into a trusted name across ports, pipelines, rigs, and wrecks.
From the bustling shores of Mumbai to international waters, our journey is anchored in precision, safety, and innovation. We specialize in underwater air & mixed gas diving, salvage operations, subsea construction, NDT inspection, jetty maintenance, and more — delivering turnkey marine solutions for the Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Power sectors.

Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Chetan S. Sakpal is a certified Clearance Diver (Level I & II) and IMCA Part 1 professional with over 12 years of experience in commercial diving and underwater operations. Trained at YAK Diving Academy, he founded Sea Horse Marine Services with a vision to deliver reliable, high-quality subsea solutions in India and beyond.
With expertise spanning salvage, underwater construction, and deep-sea inspection, he has led the company through numerous complex marine projects. His hands-on leadership and technical acumen continue to drive Sea Horse Marine's reputation for safety, precision, and excellence beneath the surface.
