Scope of Work:
Initial underwater assessment using HD videography and diver inspection
Positioning and stabilization of the barge using certified lifting systems
Deployment of IMCA/ADAS-certified divers for rigging and underwater cutting
Use of hydraulic tools, air lift bags, and controlled winching systems
Coordination with port authorities for environmental safety and clearance
Successful recovery of the vessel without damage to marine infrastructure
Outcome:
This operation was completed on time with zero safety incidents, reaffirming Sea Horse Marine Services’ commitment to operational excellence in high-risk underwater projects. The barge was fully salvaged and cleared, restoring safe marine access in the area.
